Overview

We take some lovely paths, passing pretty thatched cottages and gardens on our way to Phyllis Currie Nature Reserve where we will stop for a picnic lunch. We then make our way back on a scenic route past Lodge Lake. There are several short stretches of road walking and just a couple of stiles.  The morning walk is about 5 miles and the afternoon is the same. We will be walking at a moderate pace.
