Meet at the triangle outside the Bell Inn, Ramsbury, SU275716 (samplers.atoms.taxed). The walk goes pass Ambrose Farm and up a steep ascent through Atherton Coppice and Whitehill Coppice. The ascent is about 25 m and is likely to be slippery. It is the only major ascent on the walk. The walk goes to Great Coppice and through Littlecote Park to a Roman mosaic. The walk back is along the River Kennet. Please car share, the leader has 3 spaces. Bring a drink. Max 15 people. Please book online. Do not contact the leader about bookings.
The walk is likely to be muddy in places.
