GM Ringway section 1 - Manchester to Sale Water Park - WALK CANCELLED

This walk has been cancelled.  This walk will be rescheduled for February.

A linear walk and accessible at both ends by train, tram and bus.
Start point St Peter’s Square tram stop Manchester, end point Sale Water park tram stop. Toilet, pub and cafe facilities available, but please bring a packed lunch.
This should be an interesting and enjoyable walk, and not all too urban in that we follow the Bridgewater Canal towpath, for some way, then pass through parks and open green spaces.
