Overview

Due to Storm Bert this walk is now circular starting and finishing at Golders Green tube station.

Firstly we will linger at the Golders Hill Park Zoo and meet the lemurs, wallabies and fallow deer. We then take in West Heath and then return to the park for a break from Bert with a hot drink in the cafe. We then further explore the park and return to the start point. Beautiful late autumn colours. Expect some mud, standing water and uneven paths. Walking poles are advised for winter walks and especially recommended for this walk as they provide extra stability with strong wind gusts.

The walk leader is Kevin 07749 991949.
