This gentle ramble starts in the historic village of Haxey, home of the famous annual Haxey Hood chase and covers fields and tracks to the south and west of the village.

Please park and meet at the playing fields car park off the A161 which is a hundred yards or so south of the King's Arms. The postcode below is actually that of the said pub and there is a signpost for the playing field to look out for.
