Overview

A circular walk taking in the parishes of East and West Horsley and Effingham through woods and open spaces, including Effingham Common, Great Ridings Wood and Sheepleas, with just a little road walking.  The route takes us near to West Horsley Place and under some of the Lovelace bridges.  Please bring plenty of drinks, snacks and lunch for the coffee and lunch stop.  A relatively flat route but with 1014ft total elevation spread evenly over the 10 mile stretch of undulating ground.
