Overview

A walk around Polesden Estate, originally the Wellness Walk. Some short but steep ups with gentler downs punctuated by viewpoints, some with inspirational quotes and poetry to awaken the senses and complement the surrounding landscape.

No stiles, good paths, plenty of time and lots of benches and pauses for reflection and recovery.
