Overview

Representatives of the South-West Peat Partnership will meet us at the car park and drive us in 4x4’s to a point closer to the site we will be visiting. We will walk for around half an hour across typical Dartmoor moorland terrain to reach the site where we will be shown both ongoing work, and the results of previous, more mature restoration works. A fantastic opportunity to learn about what is happening on Dartmoor.
