Overview

Come explore the Keir Estate through woodlands and country lanes, ancestral home of the founder of the SAS. This is a moderate walk of about 8 miles. We will go at a moderate pace. There  will be a couple of breaks along the way. hopefully seeing a good show of snowdrops at the first and a stop at the Sir David Stirling memorial at the second. There is one short, steep slope to navigate and we can expect some slippery underfoot conditions. Local grade C+.Please advise the leader if you wish to attend this walk by Friday 2nd February.
