Overview

Walking north and east from Hartfield in an area we seldom visit, picking up the Wealdway on our return route. Mainly across fields, but with a section of walking along quiet lanes in the middle of the walk.  There are a few modest climbs, resulting in excellent High Weald views. Some of the paths are rather overgrown, so shorts are not recommended.

Please bring a picnic lunch and plenty of water as there are no opportunities to purchase anything en route, but a pub and a cafe are available  in Hartfield once we get back.

Please text the leader to book onto this walk.
