Overview

Starting from Rainow, first we follow the Gritstone Trail to White Nancy, drop into Bollington, then backtrack over some familiar paths to Charles Head. From there to Kettlehulme before climbing towards the Bow Stones and Sponds Hill. After that, dropping down Bakestonedale Moor we will join the Gritstone Trail to Bollington, then past a pretty waterfall back to Rainow.
