Overview

A 6 mile walk around the outskirts of Lichfield. We start at Pipe Green, walking along a quiet lane, then on footpaths to Jubilee Wood, then onto Pipe Grange. We walk along the canal towpath, then up to Sloopy Wood and back to the start.

Directions: Take A5127 towards Lichfield. Follow signs for A51 Rugeley, passing Bowling Green roundabout, continuing on A51. After 2nd set of traffic lights, turning is approximately 100 yards on the left., but not signed. Look for the grey back of a set of traffic lights on your left, then a few yards further on, the road surface will be pink. The entrance is next on the left. Park next to Western Bypass football pitches off A 51
