Overview

NOT Dog Friendly

7.5 mile circular walk, starting outside St. Swithuns church in South Long Bennington (NG23 5EU), passing through Foston, and Westborough villages. The walk is mostly off road, picking up some of the Viking Way, and taking in 3 miles of the river Witham, its various Fords and Weirs, including the infamous "Sids Weir"

Coffee Stop and lunch stop on the walk.
