Overview

Cow Gap, Belle Tout, Beachy Head, Birling Gap and all seven (eight these days) of the Seven Sisters are visited on this walk from Helen Garden to the Cuckmere visitor centre.  We take the Coaster bus (about every 10 minutes) back to Eastbourne and stroll along the seafront back to our cars at the end.  Distance includes return from the bus stop.

Gates rather than stiles and as mud-free as possible, this is an iconic walk, with plenty of ups and downs.

Don't forget your Bus Pass if you have one.
