This walk has been cancelled

The walk has been cancelled due to the expected sever weather conditions and the proximity of the walk particularly at the beach area which can be very slippery in places. The walk will be rescheduled in the programme.

Overview

We will start  by walking along Upnor Beach with views of the River Medway.  We then continue along the Saxon Shoreway, following the river across Hoo Marshes towards Kingsnorth.  From here we will walk in land and walk back towards Hoo, across Farm land.  There is a little bit of Alley Way walking and then a steep descent through woodland back to Upnor. We will have one short stop for a banana/apple break. Because of the terrain please wear walking boots.
