A walk around the residential parks of Tunbridge Wells offers a charming mix of history, greenery, and elegant architecture. Starting at Calverley Park, with its Regency-style villas and landscaped gardens, the route moves to Camden Park, at the edge of town with grand Victorian homes. We then return to town via the 'Village Area ' and will have a picnic lunch at Wellington Rocks.
After lunch the hidden Great Culverden Park leads on to the more modest and urban Molyneux Park. Its a short walk then to Bishops Down Park which presents a mix of classic and modern residences. Nevill Park features large houses set in wooded surroundings, leading to Hungershall Park, where historic homes sit by countryside paths, completing a scenic and peaceful urban walk. We return to the station via Tunbridge Wells Common and The Pantiles.
