Overview

This walk begins by walking along Martinsell Hill which allows good views of the Vale of Pewsey. We take in the villages of Oare and Huish using field paths.

There is one steep descent and one steep ascent. Poles or sticks would be useful.

Starting point is the small parking area on Clench Common. This is reached from the A345 turning off the main road in the village of Clench Common heading for Wootton Rivers.
