A countryside walk, mainly along good wide tracks in open countryside with some woodland. The walk has extensive views and most of it is level but with a few stiles. Boots are recommended.

Lunch is available after the walk. There is a good lunch menu which offers specials of two or three courses. Lunch can also be pre-booked. The pub also has a tearoom offering coffee, tea and a selection of cakes, etc.
