Overview

Prof Jeff Duckett, accompanied by Pam H (Mobile: 07777 698070), will lead a gentle half-day circular walk around Highgate and Queen’s Woods exploring the rich plant diversity, from diminutive algae to the large trees which shape our landscape. Jeff is Emeritus Professor of Botany and recipient of the 2008 Linnean Society Medal for Botany. He works as a Research Associate at the Natural History Museum and has over 50 years’ experience of London’s vegetation. Map: E173, London A-Z.
