Overview

Leaving Scorton we will climb up a quiet lane and field path, then through Grizedale. We then climb again until we reach the trig point at the top of Nicky Nook where if we are lucky with the weather, will see a panoramic view of Morecambe Bay. We then descend, follow another quiet lane where can stop for lunch in a small wood before returning through Wyresdale Park back to Scorton.
