From One Tree Hill via Ightham Mote for an early break and then on to Dunk's Green - 6.4 miles.  Return to via Shipbourne - 4.4 miles.

Some good views, weather permitting.  Mostly easy going except for a long climb back to the car park at the end.  (But there is a handy spot half-way up if  a breather is needed.)  Likely to be muddy ...
