A coastal and inland walk between Oxwich and Horton.
There will be lovely views over Oxwich Bay as we head to the beautiful and historic St. Illtyd’s Church. We will not be able to go inside but we’ll pass through the Churchyard where there are graves of German sailors who drowned during WWII.
We then continue our walk on the Wales Coast Path.
There will then be an ascent of about 200 steps before we descend through Oxwich Woods (where we should see lots of flowers).
Emerging from the woodland, we will have stunning coastal views as we go along the Wales Coast Path towards Horton.
Our return will be inland from Horton across to Western Slade and continuing to Oxwich Green before descending gradually back into Oxwich.

Afterwards, we will go for refreshments to The Oxwich Bay Hotel.
