A superb linear walk following the English Coastal Path along the cliffs from Dover to Folkestone.
This is a highly scenic coastal walk with fine sea views throughout. It introduces you to some of the quainter sides of Folkestone, a town which, like many south coast seaside towns, is undergoing something of a renaissance.
The walk will finish at Folkestone Harbour where we will enjoy the beach/harbour/cafes etc..
There are 2 railway stations in Folkestone (Central and West) and either can be used to return to Dover. They are on the same line and trains take around 15 mins to get to Dover. If you are parking at Folkestone and getting the train to Dover for the start, then trains leave on the hour and quarter past the hour.
