Overview

Join us for a moderately paced circular walk to Rivington Pike; setting off from Knowsley Lane.  The walk takes us by Rivington reservoir then through woodlands before reaching a steep incline to reach the 'Japanese Lake', where we will have a short rest.  Continuing up to the Pike; there is a coffee shop before we go to the top, option t stay there, if you wish!)  The decent will take us down steps, through the terraced gardens to Rivington Barn (there are toilets here, if its open)  We will then continue through fields and more woodland around the back of Rivington reservoir, back to the starting point.
