This is a varied walk using field paths and quiet lanes. There are good views on a fine day. We walk to, and around, Olivers Castle before taking a steep descent to the village of Heddington. We walk round the side of Beacon Hill which gives us views across to Bromham. The walk continues to Roundway finishing with a walk back up to the start point.
This can be a muddy walk, poles or sticks could be useful.

Meet and start from the parking area next to the Leipzig Plantation. It is also just above the White Horse. To reach it take Folly Road, off the A4 and head for Roundway. Bear right in Roundway and head up the road, this leads to the parking area.
