On to Worsen Dale and across the A166 with care. Follow track then paths across Hardy Field to Painsthorpe Lane. We walk up the minor road to our lunch stop overlooking Painsthorpe Dale.

Continue up to cross the Roman Road then take track past farm. Down into Worm Dale, Bradeham Dale and finally Wayrham Dale. Cross the A166 to return to the car park
