Ryedale group Sunday walk, Egton Bridge. North Yorkshire

A good 11 mile circular walk from Egton Bridge. From the free car park  the walk starts by climbing up the road to lord chair hill passing swing farm. We then head across Egton High Moor(where the path dissapears) and join the road at wingtergill plantation. After a short walk on the road we go down to low Gill Beck Farm. We then turn left on the road( to avoid the bull and angry cows) , cross Glaisdale  Beck and Postgate Farm and then up Glaisdale Side onto the edge of Glaisdale Moor. We drop into Glaisdale and then back to Egton Bridge  via the Esk Valley Way through East Arncliffe Wood.
