Overview

Meet at Thornton Dale Car park at !0am.

We walk past the church and out along Outgang Lane, before dropping down into the forest then making our way along the west side of the valley to the visitor centre at Low Dalby for lunch. The return is alongside Dalby Beck to Ellerburn and Thornton Mill.  The walk is on good forest tracks but the return to Ellerburn may be muddy.
