Overview

A walk taking in rolling chalk cliffs at Seaford Head, Seven Sisters and Beachy Head, with an inland detour via Friston Forest. Borderline strenuous, route has several hilly sections and longer climbs, total ascent 750m. Please bring a packed lunch. Pub at end.

Terrain: Hills, woods, clifftop

Travel: Take 07:59 from London Victoria, change at Brighton (arr. 8:59, dep. 9:11), arr. Seaford 9:48. Buy return to Seaford. A ticket Eastbourne-Lewes may be required for the return journey.
