Overview

Our walk will take us over Stanley and Linchmere Commons, mostly over heathland and through woodland.  There will be some good ascents and we will probably encounter some muddy patches if we have had recent wet weather, so poles are recommended.  We may well see bluebells on the walk.

Marley Common National Trust Car Park, Marley Lane. Small free car park. Access is from south of Haslemere, off the B2131 Camelsdale Road. Head due south on Marley Lane. The car park is on the left after approximately half a mile. Please car share where possible as it can be popular at times. OS Map X133.
