Overview

This is a pretty riverside walk with lovely views and wildlife. Begins in St Boswell’s village, heading along to Benrig and along the Tweed towards Mertoun House.Crossing the river and back along the far bank towards Mertoun Bridge and back to the village alongside the golf course. Some road walking, riverside paths, woodland and fields. Uneven under foot in several places and lots of tree roots and slippery footbridges. Boots & poles advisable.
