Overview

From Beechwood Park, we walk a short way down the Fosse Way to a footpath along fields and a small wood with lovely views, we head downhill to Netherswell Manor Estate. Passing through the Estate we then walk along the main drive back to the Fosse Way. A short climb up the Fosse Way we take the old road to Maugersbury. At the halfway stage we will have a short break with delightful views over the countryside. Continuing onwards to Maugesbury we do a short loop around this pretty village before taking a wide footpath uphill back to Stow. From here a short walk on the outskirts of the town and return to Beechwood Park via the allotments and cemetery. Followed at 3.00pm with the annual Strawberry tea for Cirencester Ramblers
