Overview

The route follows well defined paths within the Forest and skirts Lynford Hall and Water. When we reach the Arboretum (a little over half way and also free entry) there is a refreshments kiosk (and toilet) and the option of an extra mile trail around the Arboretum.  The eight miles quoted includes this extra mile.
