Overview

Starting at Henshall Lane Car Park we take the Trans Pennine Trail in the direction of Heatley. We then turn off onto footpaths and fairly quiet roads down to the Bridgewater Canal. Once on the canal we pass the marina before heading off on farm and woodland paths to Dunham Massey Deer Park. Weather and animals permitting we will have an opportunity to see the Deer. To complete our circuit we then head towards Dunham Golf & Country Club,  Dunham Town and then rejoin the Trans Pennine Trail.
