Vale of White Horse Ramblers are a friendly group who walk mid-week and weekends in southern Oxfordshire. Highlights are the Ridgeway, the Thames Path, and the Uffington White Horse.
Halford is the meeting place for the walk. Please arrive with no more than 2 walkers per car. Then car sharing to Long Compton (SP287330). After arrival and preparation, walk to Halford. This is the fourth section of the Vale group's walking of Shakespeare's Way from Oxford to Stratford-upon-Avon. Car sharing will be arranged back to start of walk to collect cars.
