Overview

A regular short walk from Wantage held on the third Thursday of every month. The Beacon is 200m south of the Market Place where buses arrive. There is paid car parking there. No pub stop but we aim to be back in Wantage in time for lunch. Wantage has a variety of eating places. Wantage is reachable directly by bus from Oxford, Abingdon, Didcot, Faringdon.
