We are the Mid Sussex Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
A slightly amended version of the Slater Trail up onto Seaford Head and down into the Cuckmere Valley taking in various view points which inspired artist Eric Slater. There is one steep ascent from Splash Point up on to Seaford Head which will be taken at a slow pace.
Please bring water, sunscreen and a snack for the break. Poles may be helpful if you normally use them. Please text the leader up to 6 days in advance of the walk to confirm that you will be coming.
Meet at the Martello Tower, Esplanade, Seaford. Free street parking nearby. 12 minutes walk from Seaford Railway Station.
