Overview

The walk through Rotherhithe Peninsula provides a fascinating glimpse into the history of the Docklands, once the world's largest port, and its transformation into a vibrant urban area. Alongside the River Thames, we will see the Dolphin structure, pass by the historic St. Mary's Church and the charming Angel Pub, walk through Southwark Park, and continue to Greenland Dock, where the old dock has been transformed into a vibrant marina. Finally, we will ascend Stave Hill in Russia Dock Woodland for panoramic views of London, and on a clear day, catch a glimpse of Wembley Stadium.
