Around 9.5 miles. 2050 feet of ascent. (OS maps app.)  Moderate but strenuous at times. Some difficult terrain and boggy areas if wet.

Route follows Cumberland Brook, Danebower Hollow, Danebrook Quarries, Orchard Farm, Three Shire Bridge, along Dane Valley Way, Manor Farm, over moors East of Birchenough Hill back to start point.
