We are the East Cheshire Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.

Roadside parking above the Ship Inn, Wincle.
Route goes past Wincle Grange, towards Wincle Minn, following the Gritstone Trail to Sutton Common, Croker Hill. Past Foxbank Farm towards Lower Pethills, Higher Pethills Fm, Butterlands Fm, Nabbs Hill, Lower Greasley and back to Wincle Grange and then across fields to starting point.
Approx 10 miles moderate but with plenty of uphill. Ascent 1949 feet and descent 1733 feet per OS maps app. Will be boggy in parts.
