Walk on the Weald Way from Wrotham Heath through Hurst Wood. Views over the valley, steeply up from West Peckham to Mereworth and return along the Lords Walk in Leybourne Wood.
UPDATE on Sunday, 16 February: Due to logging activity with heavy machinery, the Lords Walk is impassable. Even the alternative return route through Mereworth Woods is very muddy and water-logged in places. Walkers are therefore advised to wear WELLIES and bring walking poles to the walk!
