A repeat of a popular walk from Leaves Green to West Wickham and back avoiding the muddy field near Leaves Green. There are plenty of places for lunch refreshments in West Wickham so even though it is approaching Christmas lunch should not present a problem.
The morning crosses Furze Bottom and the Greenwich Meridian via Layham's Farm and the woods behind New Addington. The afternoon returns via Well Wood and Nash.
Park in the Car Park in Ashmore Lane. The last time this was closed. It wasn't yesterday and should be open, but if it is closed parking is available further along the A232 toward Biggin Hill on on the right hand side (coming from Bromley) just past SNL Motors.
