Overview

This walk will start from Kirby Underdale Village Hall car park and provides a mixture of walking through fields with lovely open views and the dales of Thixendale and Wormdale.

There are a couple of ascents, a steep one up Beamer Hill at the village of Thixendale. The views of attractive rolling countryside are well worth the effort.

The walk is 12 miles with an ascent of 1400 ft
