We walk along the main street in Bingley and then follow the River Aire before starting to steadily climb up to a rocky outcrop known as the Druids Altar where we will have an early lunch. We then descend to a path through the Race Course Plantation, a golf course, the edge of open heather moor and woodland to reach Myrtle Park and back to the main street. We then follow the canal to the Five Rise Locks and back to the station. There are no stiles but a set of steps at one fence and some short stretches of road walking.
