Keith & Carew will be leading an A/B long weekend on the Gower peninsular, 29th May-1st June, 2025. The walks will cover the whole of the lovely southern section of the Gower Coast Path, from Mumbles to Rhossili, with an optional fourth day on the western section:
A circular walk from the National Trust car park at Southgate, inland to Mumbles and back along the coast (12 miles). This is a relatively domesticated section of the coast path.
A circular walk from Southgate, across Three Cliffs Bay and through Nicholaston Burrows to Oxwich, then back inland via Penrice Castle and Cefn Bryn (13 miles).
A linear walk from Port Eynon to Rhossili (park at the National Trust car park at Rhossili and catch the bus to the start of the walk) (9 miles, plus the possibility of the Worm's Head if the tide is right).
A circular walk over Rhossili Down to Llangennith and beyond, returning along the coast path (about 12 miles).
If you are interested, please contact Keith or Carew, indicating a) whether you would want to do the full four days, or a shorter period, and b) whether you would like to share accommodation, or make your own arrangements.
