Based in the Scottish Borders, Eildon Ramblers is a friendlywalking group for people of all ages. We offer year-round walks to suit avariety of tastes.
Leave the car park walk through the courtyard, along the road towards Monteviot House. Left up the track through the woods to the Main gate/ drive way.
Cross the road with care and proceed up towards Woodside Farm. Bear right on track up the Wellingtonia Avenue.
Drink/ Snack stop at the gates.
Walk back down the Avenue towards Woodside Farm and take a right through woods, taking care of tree roots, to meet the St Cuthbert’s Way, adjacent to Woodside Garden Centre.
Cross the road with care, take the right-hand track along and then down back to car park.
Circular walk, grade D, leisurely. Hiking boots and poles are optional.
