From the Village Hall, we take a gentle route over to Canwood Farm, home to the Canwood Gallery (www.canwoodgallery.org) allowing a slightly longer coffee break, if wished, in order to enjoy the fabulous Sculpture Park. We then follow farmland paths, skirting the village of Checkley to Jones Hill Farm Nature Reserve, famous for rare orchids, continuing through Haugh Woods to Mordiford, home of the Mordiford Dragon. We return to the car park via Rudge Wood and Broadmoor Common
