Overview

A walk for everyone, do the gentle 7.0 miles or add the sting in the tail and do 8.2. A fine walk on tracks and fields starting via Piggy Lane from Backwell Church/Court Barn and climbing up around Freeman's Quarry. Returning via Chelvey Batch and Cheston Coombe. Some good views and quality paths. Four or five stiles and a couple of climbs but well-stepped and maintained. Coffee & lunch stops
