Easy flat walk with no stiles around 5.5 miles long. Riverside walk leading into a lovely nature reserve formed around an old gravel pit excavation.

Pass Ash station on A323 on Ash Church Road, after sharp left hand bend turn 100 yards turn right into Grange Road follow road to the right into South Lane. Continue straight on (do not turn right) to the end of the lane to the car park.
