Overview

The Brack is a hill of great character whereas Cnoc Choinnich is much less distinguished. Both hills enjoy a fine position above Loch Long and offer fabulous views on a clear day. The walk is a mix of tracks, hill paths (steep in places), and some pathless sections. The route joins the Cowal Way for the return to Ardgartan.

Estimated finish time – 17:00 off the hill, 18:45 back at the West Port.
